You clients can autonomously cancel or reschedule appointment bookings based on your real-time availability.

You can also choose up until when clients can cancel or reschedule bookings to match your terms and conditions. For example, the cancel and reschedule links can be set to no longer work from 24 hours before an appointment.

Last but not least, our platform makes it easy to issue refunds to your clients whenever needed.

No. While our plans may appear standardised, we tailor each implementation to meet your specific needs. That said, we offer this complimentary service at no extra cost to you 🎉

No, we don't. You will be able to use your own Stripe account and connect it to our platform to capture payments through our payment capture solutions (i.e. embedded appointment booking payment, recurring payment page, etc.) while maintaining full ownership of your finances.

Your only variable costs when it comes to payments will directly come from Stripe.

If you cancel your plan within the first 60 days, we will refund the full amount you paid us with no questions asked. This is applicable to all plans.

If you cancel your plan after 60 days, we will not process refunds and we will deactivate your account at the end of your billing cycle.

No. We don't have a yearly schedule to increase prices but we do reserve the right to increase our prices at any time.

That said, existing clients will always keep the price they originally signed up for. So if you sign up now, you'll never pay more than the price you see now.
