How To Pause or Cancel a Subscription

You can manage your subscriptions directly from the Njord Star platform in a few easy steps.

Step 1 – Go To “Payments” on the Left Menu #

Step 2 – Click on “Subscriptions” on the Top Menu #

Step 3 – Find The Subscription You Need to Pause or Cancel And Click on the Three Dots #

Step 4 – Click on “Pause Subscription” or “Cancel Subscription” #

Step 5 – That’s it! #

If you click on Pause Subscription, follow the instructions on the pop-up window to determine how long you need to pause the subscription and how you’d like to manage invoices during this time.

Apart from that, you’re all set!
