So you managed to create a password and access your account. Congrats!
Now time to set up a few basic settings by clicking on Settings at the bottom of the left-hand side menu.
Business Profile #
Once you click on Settings, you should be taken to the Business Profile page.
General Information #
Here are the fields to complete:
- Business Logo: You can click the Upload button to upload your business logo
- Friendly Business Name: This is the business name you want to be used when talking about it
- Legal Business Name: This is the name of your business as it appears in its legal registration
- Business Email: Your general business email
- Business Phone: This is optional, enter your business phone number if you have one
- Business Website: Enter your main website’s URL
- Business Niche: Choose your industry in the dropdown
You can ignore the “Branded Domain” and “API Key” fields.
Click Update Information to save your changes.
Business Physical Address #
In this section, please enter your business’s physical address. If you don’t have one, please enter your registered business address.
Business Information #
Please fill in the fields in the business information section. This is for compliance purposes.
Authorized Representative #
Please fill in your business’s authorized representative details. This is also for compliance purposes.
In the vast majority of cases, this would be you.
Other Sections #
Feel free to ignore all other sections on this page. You’re all done! 🥳
My Profile #
On this page, you can double-check that your information is correct, amend any errors, and fill in the blanks!
The fields to fill in here are:
- Profile Image: This is optional and this is where you can upload a picture of yourself. This is helpful when multiple team members are on the same account
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email: This is your own business email and can be different from your general business email
- Phone
- Platform Language: This is optional, leave blank if you’re happy with English
You can ignore the Calendar field for now.
